Crest Nicholson’s development activity ranges from city centre developments to urban extensions and large scale regeneration schemes.

Relationship with Plan

Plan’s working relationship with Crest Nicholson dates back to 2005 in devising a Public Art Strategy for Bolnore Village in West Sussex. Since then we have delivered a series of site specific projects in the South East of England.
