The developer initiates and project manages on behalf of others major commercial development schemes, principally in London.

Relationship with Plan

Plan’s relationship with Greycoat dates back to 2003 when we devised the Public Art Strategy for New Burlington Place on behalf of their client, The Crown Estate. The developer came back to us to oversee the commission of a work for one of their own schemes in 2008, 30 Crown Place in the City of London.
