Grosvenor is active globally, and in a range of different markets; its core specialism, however, is the delivery of sustainable, mixed use schemes that focus specifically on the social and environmental, as well as economic, needs of a local area.

Relationship with Plan

In 2010, Plan was appointed to develop an Area Cultural Strategy for Trumpington Meadows on the Southern fringe of Cambridge; since then, we have engaged in a dialogue with the developer about how cultural activity can add value at a number of other schemes.
