Activities
The purpose of the NWEC is to promote the West End of London as the world’s best stopping destination and deliver the regeneration of the area working in partnership with the Mayor of London, Westminster City Council and Transport for London.
Relationship with Plan
Together with Westminster City Council, Plan Projects was commissioned by NWEC in 2009 to put together an Arts Strategy for the Oxford, Regent, Bond (ORB) Action Plan.
