The Beetham Organization has delivered a series of high profile city centre development projects; they specialise in delivering a mix of uses, often comprising hotel, residential and commercial functions.
Relationship with Plan
The project delivered for Beetham at the Beetham Tower in Liverpool in 2003 was one of the first projects Plan completed in the North West; following this scheme the practice went on to advise the developer on the integration of art into the its project at Holloway Circus in Birmingham.
