The Crown Estate
Property Portfolio Management
Activities
The portfolio managed by The Crown Estate covers many of the UK’s cityscapes, ancient forests, farms, parkland, coastline and communities; the organisation functions to enhance the value of the estate and generate revenue for the UK Treasury.
Relationship with Plan
Plan has a strong and on-going relationship with The Crown Estate starting in 2002 with the development of a Public Art Strategy for New Burlington Place in London. The agency has gone on to advise the Crown about how culture can contribute to the value of its estate in Regent Street, most recently by devising a Public Art Strategy for Heddon Street.
