Landscape Architecture

Ann Street Providence Place Gardens

The project at Ann Street/ Providence Place sought to re-design a neighbourhood park and surrounding public realm that had become dead space, attracting misuse and anti-social behaviour. Plan produced a design that successfully re-modelled the site, improving access into the space and removing unnecessary barriers and clutter.

Pier Head

The river Thames and the wider ‘Blue Ribbon Network’ touch the lives of all Londoners both city-wide and at the level of the everyday. The Pier Head at Wapping shows how river infrastructure and water itself can be used to build adaptable, people centric spaces; an accompanying Public Art Strategy would offer a vision for how artists can help shape the city’s relationship with the river and build its identity and appeal.

Osiers Estate

Plan Projects has completed its commission for Barratt Homes to design the main public square at their residential development at Osiers Road in Wandsworth.

Whitechapel New Road Public Realm Proposals

Plan Projects has been working with London Borough of Tower Hamlets to develop ways a key open space in Whitechapel could be retrieved from its use as a car park and reinvented as a buzzing and eclectic civic resource.

Radius Residential Courtyard Design

Plan Projects was commissioned by Taylor Wimpey firstly to write the Public Art Strategy for Radius, a residential scheme of 158 dwellings, and then, on the basis of this document, conceive a design solution for the entire public realm working in collaboration with Walter Jack Studios.

The Greenway

The Greenway Park is a wonderful new piece of green infrastructure sitting within New England Quarter, one of the city’s new residential areas. It performs a key strategic function linking this community with the station and Brighton’s bustling Lanes.
